Welcome to E-Quran Academy. By accessing our website (onlinequrantutorsuae.com) and enrolling in our online classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
E-Quran Academy provides online Quran tutoring services, including Nazra, Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Translation, and Basic Arabic. Classes are conducted online via video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
2. Free Trial & Enrollment
We offer a 3-day free trial for new students to evaluate our teaching methodology. There is no obligation to continue after the free trial. If you choose to continue, you must select one of our monthly pricing packages (e.g., Weekend, Start Up, Standard, Plus, Premium, or Elite) and complete the enrollment process.
3. Payment Policy
- Monthly fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month of classes.
- We offer sibling discounts as mentioned on our pricing page.
- Failure to pay the monthly fee on time may result in the suspension of classes until the dues are cleared.
4. Class Scheduling, Cancellations, and Makeups
- Punctuality: Students and teachers are expected to log in on time. If a student is late, the teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before marking the student absent.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please notify your tutor or our administration at least 6 hours in advance.
- Makeup Classes: Makeup classes will be provided if the teacher misses a class or if the student provides adequate prior notice of absence, subject to the teacher's availability.
- Public Holidays: Classes may be paused during major Islamic holidays (e.g., Eid). Makeup classes or fee adjustments for these days will be communicated in advance.
5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and focused learning environment. Appropriate dress code and respectful behavior toward tutors are required during all online video and audio sessions. We reserve the right to terminate services if a student or parent engages in inappropriate behavior.
6. Privacy and Screen Sharing
During classes, tutors may share their screens to display the Quran, Qaida, or other educational materials. Recording of video or audio during the class by the student or parent without explicit permission from E-Quran Academy is strictly prohibited to protect the privacy of our teachers.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
